Former Employees’ Reunion at Bösehof
An Evening Full of Memories
Last Saturday, Bösehof was not just a hotel, but above all a place filled with stories, reunions and heartfelt moments. More than 65 former team members accepted our invitation and gathered here again – enjoying good drinks, traditional kale and Labskaus. Typically North German. And typically Bösehof.
For many, Bösehof is a piece of personal history. And for us, it is a true gift that so many continue to share this story with us – both then and now.
A House Full of Stories
They came from many different generations and departments – kitchen, service, restaurant management, housekeeping and grounds. People who have shaped Bösehof over the years. Some worked here only a few years ago, others began their training with us back in the 1970s. And yet, the feeling was instant: we belong together.
Back to Familiar Places
There was laughter, warm embraces, moments of amazement and shared memories. During guided tours through the house, old paths were rediscovered, corners revisited that had not been seen in years, and countless stories were brought back to life. There were a few bittersweet memories as well – but far more of them were funny, quirky and heartwarming recollections of long shifts, lively evenings, special guests and unforgettable moments.
Laughing, Remembering, Belonging
For me personally, this evening was truly special. Seeing how many people found their way back to Bösehof filled me with deep gratitude. It shows so clearly: we are more than just an employer. This is a place where friendships were formed, life journeys began, careers were launched and memories were created that will last.
In the end, we all agreed on one thing: we will do this again. Most certainly.
