Most of the ingredients we use in our kitchen come from local, trusted sources. This way, we know exactly what ends up on your plate.

Why all this, you ask? Because ingredients from our neighbourhood do not have to travel far and can be harvested when they are ripe. You can taste the difference. And because we know our producers: we know exactly where our shrimps, game and vegetables come from.
